A bit about me…

Having worked in recruitment for over 20 years, I must love it!! i2i was founded on the principle that candidates needed support during their search for the right employment and I am so proud that this has been achieved. I get immense satisfaction from supporting local schools, colleges and Universities in guiding students and helping develop their skills in how to approach the commercial world.

I am known for my honesty in the industry and my in-depth knowledge now allows me to mentor new consultants so they can successfully partner our clients with any recruitment needs that they may have.

I was incredibly lucky to secure a role with the leading Independent Estate Agency in Cheltenham. I loved my time here building relationships with people whom I still see now as candidates or clients.

What do you do outside of work?

I have two wonderful (most of the time) children whom I spend most of my spare time running around after. I am a happy hacker when time permits and competed in my first team chase last year!!!

What’s your favourite thing about i2i?

I am so proud of i2i and what we have become. I have always wanted people who work for i2i to understand that they are instrumental in the success of the business and to share any ideas that they have with us. Our team spirit is the secret to our success. Our ability to inspire candidates to believe in themselves and help them reach their goals.

The relationship we have with our clients is incredibly rewarding seeing them flourish and succeed and enable them to recognise their vision is something very special.
