MUST HAVE'S

• Previous recruitment consultancy experience, ideally in a 360 environment
• Proven success in meeting recruitment targets and KPIs
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Confidence in managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Commercially driven with a passion for results
• Organised, resilient, and adept at managing multiple priorities
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates

NICE TO HAVE'S

• Experience managing your own recruitment desk or specialist market
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing accounts
• Background in professional services, commercial or specialist recruitment
• Interest in purpose-driven businesses and positive impact initiatives
• Proactive, positive personality with a team-focused approach
