• Managing temporary staffing requirements for clients
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Providing outstanding service to clients and candidates
• Maintaining accurate records using recruitment systems and CRM tools
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and company goals
