MUST HAVE'S
- Previous account management or customer relationship experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to analyse reports and interpret data
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Experience within debt collection, credit control, or financial services
SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing regular performance updates and reporting
- Liaising with internal collections teams to meet client expectations
- Investigating and resolving client queries efficiently
- Monitoring account performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting business development and client retention activities
