Must haves

• Proven experience in a management role within a branded automotive dealership
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Good understanding of local market trends and customer behaviour
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to identify challenges and respond proactively
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Nice to haves

• Experience planning and delivering successful sales campaigns or events
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer data management
