We opened our doors in 2005 with the sole purpose of connecting the best candidates with their perfectly matched employer.
Knowing just how much the recruitment industry (particularly in Gloucestershire) was and still is stuck in its ways, we have set ourselves the mission to make recruitment personal.
Unlike other consultancies, we meet face-to-face with every candidate we register and every client we work with. Doing this can be labour intensive, but we truly believe that it’s what the recruitment industry has been calling out for, and our 5* reviews prove just that.
So why do we take this extra time? Easy…

Having been a candidate of i2i, where Charlie placed me 12 years ago with the company I am still with today, I know first-hand the efforts they go to in ensuring they find the right candidate for both the role and the company. i2i have always been my go-to whenever I have needed to recruit because of my positive experience with them as a candidate. You will be dealing directly with experienced consultants meaning we can promise you expertise and a total understanding of how recruitment impacts your business.
Our office hours are 8:45 am to 5:30 pm every weekday (8:30 am to 5 pm Fridays) but even outside of normal hours we’ll always try and answer your query as quickly as possible.
Full referencing for both temporary staff and permanent staff can be completed, if requested, to a standard of the last 3 years of employment, saving you time and money.
Incredibly helpful staff, Ellie in particular, that managed to find a number of roles for me within a few weeks. Very hard-working and lots of communication!
